Royal Marine Chef in Field Kitchen 
Image by Defence Images A Royal Marine chef prepares an omelette in a field kitchen during a cookery competition. The scenario was based on feeding 20 hungry personnel in an austere operational environment with limited assets and power. Teams prepared, cooked, presented and served a 2-course meal (main and dessert) using two 10 man ration packs and a limited selection of additional ingredients. The competition was won by CTCRM. A collection of celebrity chefs were also in attendance: Brian Turner, Chris Tanner, Simon Hulstone, Nathan Outlaw and Martin Blunos. The prizes were awarded by Brigadier Ged Salzano OBE, Commandant of CTCRM.
